A Travellerspoint blog

Starting from Paris..

Welcome to my travel blog!

sunny 13 °C

Hi everyone!

Welcome to my blog! In the next few weeks I will keep you updated about my travelling in the Middle East.

Having finished my internship in Paris on 7 March, I am now homeless e.g. "on the road" for a while.

After an extensive packing session in my flat in Paris, I gathered my stuff and took a bus to Rotterdam where I spent 2 days to meet up with Jorina and Fleur and I dropped by university. Hence I took a train to Almere where Carrie & Karel gave me a lift to Haaksbergen in the East of Holland where I spent a nice weekend with my relatives. And as a final stage of my petit-tour-de-hollande I took a train to Amsterdam where Dave introduced me to an interesting underground party.. Anyways, I had a good time even tough the weather in NL was depressing (as so often rain, rain, rain). So last Tuesday I was happy to be back in Paris - welcomed by sunny weather and chilly temperatures. And not just that; as soon as the weather in France turns bad; I will be in hot Dubai!!

So today I still need to do some packing and preparation before I fly to Dubai tomorrow 14:30. The flight is definetely something to look forward to as I will be flying with the famous Airbus A380-800 - a plane with 2 floors, apparently the biggest passenger airplane ever!

Looking forward to arrive in Dubai and stay with Harold & Petra!
